So I decided to create my own CPA offer...

I just recently started CPA and have been makin around $10-$20 a day if I work at it. I figure if the CPA offers I'm promoting are willing to paying out $1.50 per email submit then they must be making some serious $$$ on their end so I decided to build my own CPA Offer website. Any reviews would be greatly appreciated http://doiop.com/mytestsite It's still rough but this will be my general template for other offers like Tv's, ipads, computer...etc. Assuming conversions are decent enough has anyone had any experience advertising CPA offers on Affiliate networks before? I'm sure this costs crazy $$ so in the meantime i was thinking about finding someone to JV with that could drive traffic and pay something like $5 on backend submissions instead of $1.50 on an email submit. Any input or advice would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks. I'm a designer by trade so I always end up hiring out the programming. Somehow alot the the design subtleties get lost in translation. Still have a few bugs to work out also. I didn't get a pm though?
