in a couple days, searches are going to drop dead fast, its better to stay away from these.

Source; personal experience, bought many domains about hype and now there useless

Yeh, such news hype are flavors of the week or month, which no one will care about afterwards. If you are going to buy a domain and create a site based off of hype, it's best to go with new products that will most likely be around for a longtime like iphone 5 or something off an infomercial.
