Anyways, when I type it in it's just a blank page basically, as you can see. Now how exactly do I customize it and redirect it to my offer and, make it look like a real page?

You can masked forward the url to point to your offer. Go to the domain control panel and you should be able to point it to whatever you would like. Masking makes it appear as though you are staying on the site you typed into your browser as opposed to visibly being redirected to another url.
