So, im making European driving license and well Im not sure how legitimate they have to look. At the moment I made a black and white picture, printed it out and made a picture of it. Should I instead print the picture out, cut it out and scan it in? I don't have a scanner at home, so it is kinda hard for me to go and make copies of "shopped" driving license.
So how good excatly shopped documents have to be?

You have to make it look like the real one exactly.Scanning it in would be advised too.
