can you guys tell what and how to do "site flipping" and do's and dont's.
and maybe tactics. thanks

Take a look at flippa and look at how people describe their websites and what tactics they use to captivate the reader and make them think they need to buy that website. Use examples and compile them into your own sales technique and you should be able to find what works for you.
Do not buy a website that the owner claims " Can be very profitable " as there are no proof of that yet
Buy a website that has a proven track record " last 3 months of incoming traffic " or " Low bounce rate "

get a nice site... put adsense on it.. do lil bit of seo so you can get some $$ in adsense account.. now go and get idea of others pitch in flippa.. make your own and sell it.. its called flipping..

Sites that make no money or make money rarely are the hardest if not impossible to sell. So, don't think if you can make bunch of websites and make lots of money selling them. People are interested in sites that make money consistently, even if little money.
