So confused

So I don't understand what people do with proxies to promote there video?
I know they get abunch of accounts and run like a program or something
and people upload like abunch of videos on alot of accounts and get them views but like how does that earn you money adsense?
Is this something I could do for my main channel? Im just really looking for more ways to make more views on my videos even if its takes awhile. I really don't understand how it all works could someone explain it to me?

Usually when people do mass upload they are not monetizing videos with adsense. Videos are monetized with PPD, PPI, CPA, ClickBank, etc. Take a look in IM journey threads to get an idea how to earn from mass uploading

If you are looking for effective ways to gain more views in your Youtube video, I would highly suggest doing Reddit upvotes. It gives you high quality massive views and conversions into your Youtube video. There's a service that you can buy real Reddit upvotes, but they are too expensive in which can cost you $99 per 100 upvotes (sounds too overpricing to me). But there are other ones who are selling Reddit upvotes for a cheap price as well. What matters is that if your video has more Reddit upvotes, for sure traffic and views aren't a problem for you.
