well google updated there crawl bot and it's hard to index them now, that's what i think
so backlink indexing now is harder

It's been getting harder over time. They use PR to priorize crawling too (for long time now) and thus it's harder for new low PR sites to get in.
Same stuff that applies to ranking applies to getting crawled, so if you've done your homework you can get over this.
(I'm talking about their internal PR, not the stuff shown to us by random tools.)
