So are these affiliate programs still any good?

Hello, this is my first post on this forum. Yes, I'm a noob...and I'm new to all this affiliate marketing stuff...

I've been reading a lot on this forum on various marketing programs...which include clickcash, loadedcash, lustdollars and such which offer pay-per-free-signup....

So the question is...is it any worth joining them now...?...the programs seem pretty good but is that market saturated and that if all my time I invest on it will be a loss?
