You can join those networks without joining adsense.

please when a channel reachs 10k views it will be enabled automatically for monetization or it should go through a human review process ? as I have only compilations

No wrong information, you have to get adsense. The only way you don't need adsense is if you were already partnered or you agreed to the Youtube Partnership agreeement terms about a year ago or more.

As listed on Youtube it will go Manual Verification. Also Compilations channels are not very much praised by youtube.

Ohh Thanks for the information. Also if you we look properly I dont think any good network will approve you unless you have 10k but that adsense thing was new to me will check it.
