So... after years, new Matrix arrived - What you think?

Watched it last night... I went into it excited but expecting to be let down... At the end of the day, I still had my expectations way too high.

I found it super slow and lacking... I like the new Agent Smith, I find the actor does a good job.. For the rest, garbage... The last 5 minutes does a good job to set us up for the next movie and I'll be a sucker and watch it with even lower expectations...

obviously, Morpheus and agent smith didn't take part because they read the script, find it boring, however, did not get paid a sh** load of cash. So why waste your time on a boring JV if not getting paid the same as Mr Wick

I do not doubt that the original Matrix trilogy is one of the best movies ever made.

The Matrix Resurrections looks like a tasteless fan-made remake of the original Matrix with documentary and parody elements.

If that’s the case then smart move by Morpheus and Lord Elrond.
With Neo and Trinity alone, they prob would’ve got a better reception than this with a kdrama love angle :D

Honestly it isn't the story, which is the most remarkable for me about the original Matrix movie, but bullet time, the costumes and visuals. What's with the rabbit hole or the spoon, i could care less. :)

To be honest, most of the people didn't understand the movie.

Only around 5% of the people I spoke too understood Neo was not "the one".

It's a very difficult movie to understand after all.
 
Aside from the mass swarm in the end, very cheesy like the previous sequals to matrix.

He is doing nothing but orb blows like he is Goku from dragon ball or something too
