So.. about my Jr.VIP account.

Hi,

So. I've been a Jr.VIP for the past couple years, and was wondering why it suddenly demoted me down to Donor? I should be paid up for a while, still.

Also, I tried PMing a mod, and Damien himself regarding this, but for some reason it will not, for the life of me, let me send a PM. Has anyone else had this problem? Could anyone do me a favor and let Damien know for me lol.

Have you tried sending a support ticket? Click on "contact us" at the bottom of the page and tell them what the problem is.

Was looking around to see if it was a system wide deal or just for you. Seems to be just with your account. Did you get a notification of an infraction or anything like that?

If tthat is true, then why are you showing that you are a "PREMIUM" (pink) member instead of a Jr. VIP? (blue)

To All Who Are Experiencing A Problem With Their Upgrade:

If you paid for your upgrade in the last day or two, you may need to wait for up to 6 or 7 days.
If you wish, you can send a PM to Diamond Damien. Be sure to include the Paypal Unique Transaction
ID Number and the date you made the purchase.

Mods do not have the authority to upgrade you. Only Administrators can do that.

OP.. did you happen to change email address here on BHW recently? The donor tag would be there whether you're Jr Vip or regular Donor. However when you're an active Jr Vip then change email addresses, sometimes you drop your Jr Vip tag until you confirm your new email address. I've had this happen to me in the past and seen it happen to others.

I could be way off, but worth a shot.

Did you get banned recently?

I did, when I was unbanned I could not see Jnr VIP at all and my name was yellow like yours.

Apricot fixed it, because she's awesome.

My email was changed recently. I have no idea how to re-confirm my email, however.

Unfortunately I'm unable to PM Apricot. Or anyone. My PMs are not working since being demoted to Donor.

Maybe you have received a mail in your inbox from BHW and you need to click on the verification link?

The 2nd problem of not being able to send PM.. is it because of running out of free space (inbox/outbox). If that's the case, try deleting some PMs and try again.

Actually I even PMed a member once asking what kind of status is that?
Since he had Yellow name and donor status.

But unfortunately he didn't replied me back.

Regular members have smaller pm storage space and when OP get demoted from Jr. VIP to a regular member, his pm inbox/outbox shrunk with it, so i guess it's full now. So more than likely he will need to delete not just some PMs, but many to be able to send PMs or wait for the upgrade, if he can solve the issue without PMing.

Yeah I thought so, that's your problem then.. you'll usually get an email after changing to re-confirm your email, guessing it's hit your spam and you missed it. Apricot should be able to help you out, shoot her a message through support, I think the pm block also has to do with you needing to confirm your email.
