Snowballing LinkedIn

Looking for suggestions on sorted/targeted lion lists for both individual and company LinkedIn accounts. Manually searching LinkedIn is a bit slow.

I noticed a thread created by Dreadpixel showing sorted lists which now closed. That looks like a promising starting point.

There are also mentions of a top linked site in another thread, any feedback on that?
