Sniping Software for Ebay? Does it exist?

Hey guys!
I'm a noob when it comes to black hat stuff but I really love this website and people have helped me a lot in the past. My question is: is there a software that finds good flipping deals on ebay? I really want to flip Pokemon cards. I know it's probably not the best idea or the most lucrative but it is something I'm passionate about.
Any tips would be very helpful and appreciated.
