Sniping clients from TikTok - need advice

Okay so I need some advice for my betting side hustle.

I basically need people living in the US (only certain states available though as online gambling is legal at like 10-15 states so far). Over the age of 21. The topic is a bit tricky because gambling is a taboo topic alongside crypto. I need them to open sportsbook accounts and bet with my instructions and they get a % of all profits. It's risk free for them because I'm covering the deposits, they just have to open accounts and bet. Craigslist won't let me advertise this for some reason (reason is obviously clear, they think it's a scam). Facebook you can only advertise with caping which I'm not gonna bother with so I wanna try tiktok. I need some ideas - how'd you approach it?

What'd happen if I simply post a video advertising the opportunity? Will likely get taken down and get banned right? If I want to cloak it - how'd the video look like? Would I be able to pay for some ads on it so it can reach more people?

I thought about going on live streams there and either spamming or just simply reaching out to the people there by DM. Not sure what lives to target though, how to advertise it...

I guess trying to partner up with some 'influencers' there and on ig would be a no-go because they wouldn't wanna promote this? Would it even be worth it if someone wants to do it?

My first thought, knowing absolutely nothing about any of this, is whether or not you are proposing that people engage in illegal activity. If yes, then you can expect an immediate ban.
However, if BHW wants to be smart about it, they might work with LE to let you continue long enough to be identified, and then prosecuted.

Your best bet might be using content within the lifestyle niche like showing success stories style vids, without directly mentioning betting in the video or caption. Then funnel viewers through a link in bio to a landing page that explains the full offer.
