Sneaky backlinks

Hey guys, Im new here but ive been in the scene for a while. Thought with my introduction i would give you guys a neat little trick for getting backlinks.

Say you have an information car site. Your going to want to make some kind of award graphic. Saying something like Top 100 car sites on the internet. (be creative, you see where im going with this). You email the site owner saying you would like to give them this award and they should put it up on their site. You give them the html code for it, and have it link back to your site.

So their you go. Thats a quality backlink in your niche.

I suppose if you send this to thousands of website owners some will check your site and not go ahead but many still will. I guess like most BH stuff its a numbers game.

Interesting little tip. I never really thought about it but people eat this sort of thing up. Complement them and they love you for it.
