-let people add you or you can add people
-talk to them and be friendly (but don't lead them on, one or two word replies works pretty well)
-after a couple of days unfriend them
-make sure your account is public so they can continue viewing your story
After a while your account will build up. I currently get around 2k views on my stories (2k-200 which are my actual friends) so around 1.8k.
The best part is that they are real people, not bots.

Snapchat is the best idea to connect with people. First you need to create an account and add some people . After this start communication with them and you will difinitely get some traffic.
