Snapchat Story Black Preview Problem?

Lol guys Snapchat is getting on my nerves. Few days ago I posted a story from one of my accounts and later I found out that my story preview aka my avatar is a black circle and not showing the story. However once you tap on it, it load the story, but this lowers significantly the chance for people to open your story.

Tried today from a second account (first time posting a story) and again a black circle

Has anyone experienced this before? I guess my device/IP is rip.
