Snapchat + Shopify Error (Will Pay To Who Can Fix It)

Hey guys, I'm using Snapchat accounts with lots of views to promote my Shopify store but I'm getting an error that after the clients put details on the checkout and try to proceed they get an error, I was using express checkout to "run" from this out this problem, but the conversion rate is way lower this way.

Does anyone have a fix for this? I can pay for this help.

It's probably because of the in-build Snapchat browser. But there shouldn't be a problem if it's redirecting to the App.

Btw what's the Error message?

As others have mentioned.. post the error message.
There is a chance you might have test payments still enabled, go into payment methods and check there.

Have you tried your own checkout funnel yet? If not, try to make a test order with 0.01$ (give yourself a 99% discount)

A screenshot would definitely help in deciphering the issues.

Last time I messed around with Snapchat I noticed they preload the page whenever someone views the snap so sometimes a snap view shows as a site view. As others have mentioned this could be a problem with Snapchat's built in browser, however, a ton of people do ecommerce on Snapchat so I know there's a way to make this work. Try going into settings and making sure your payments are set up correctly. Try a dummy order on desktop to know for sure. If it still doesn't work double check there aren't any SSL problems. I know Shopify comes standard with an SSL but still worth a shot.
