Hi,
I'd like to contact a Snapchat user, I already have his username but the person doesn't answer -basically he can't see the message since he didn't follow me back. I tried thousands of things to work around this but I still cannot contact the user: I don't know his phone number nor email address.
I don't want to "hack" the account, I just want to contact him via any tool / technique. Can someone help me? I have a budget for this. Thank you.
