Sometimes when you are caught in their security system (like spam) they will give you a penalty with a temporary block that you will need to wait. I think max is 1 week. You will receive a message on snapchat from their official account stating the reason. Like "Because you sent too many friend requeists it looks like spam and we will have to temporarily lock your account for *period of time*".
This filter also sometimes gives you just an account lock (which the link solves)
Or other times you are permanently banned and nothing you can do. Just create new account in that case.
These are automated and if you have been manually reported by another user its most likely permanent ban.

Oh it's your main account?
Are you using third party software in that case? Or it's rooted/jailbreak? Snapchat detects xposed and locks you out. When you can login again you should be able to see the message they sent.
if your main account its most likely only temporary block.
If you have received many locks due to third party software they can permanently lock your account. But you need to have history of many warnings for this reason.

I didn’t got some mails from them as warning my main account I post there nothing. I have 3-4 other accounts with I use for cpa and now they locked all. When I login and want to lock out there is standing permanently ban. When I want to login with the app than its temporarily.

Have to use an alternative phone since i cant change udid on my iphone
if you have an android if you do a bit of research I don't doubt that you would be able to spoof everything

It's possible your account cannot login because of the phone. or it got banned with the other spam since the tie is very strong between your main account and spam accounts.
Now you need a new device id, re-installing the phone is the easiest way but you can also spoof it. It can mean your device id (android id or device id uuid) is banned if you used same phone for spam.
Learn till next time never combine them.

I think you can re-install the app with iphone as for the way iOS works it doesn't retain one ID for all apps to access. iPhone generates a device id for every app container.
Make sure to completely wipe it from your phone and not just off-load it. Delete from app data too.
If I understand you right from here
This means you HAVE to wait for the ban to lift or you are permanently ban. otherwise press unlock should work. Changing device ID should not work but its worth a try for you. Maybe mail them see if they can unlock if after you have tried to login on another device and waited a week.
