I have a handful of novelty snapchat accounts that are starting to average 1000+ views per story. I have grown organically using instagram, twitter, and posting the accounts on different snapchat username sites and thanks to shoutouts from what I assume are "power users" I have right around 1200 friends on 3 of the accounts. I'm looking for a bot that I can use to easily add all the usernames I have so far to my other accounts, and also one that can help manage sending out and responding to snaps, as the app is prone to crashing when there is a lot of activity on the account.

I doubt they are... they always brag about their privacy, i don't think they would do that.
There have been multiple articles online about it this week.

If there is money to be made Id be interested ina JV on this. I make bots with zennoposter so i could make the bot and you can deal with the snaptchat. Just need to know what to script. That goes for anyone else. I'm interested in learning these new social media platforms and botting for them.
