Hello All

My Snapchat account has been permanently banned and every time I create a new one, it is blocked within 2 minutes. I am an iPhone user, can anyone please help? I have years worth of photo and video memories on there. PLEASE HELP!

I can get a new device under my warranty. Should I create a new Apple ID and change my SIM card too?

No. If it’s an iPhone just do an device reset and set up as new iPhone.

I think you can,
1. reinstall ios.
2. change your apple id and mac address.
