Snapchat Ads not delivering, what should i do?

Hi

I am in the Adult industry and i wanna funnel from Snap Ads to Snapchat itself. The Problem is that the Ads stopped delivering.

Anybody knows what to do? I am willing to pay for help, or if a Agency offers full service where u do everything. Just drop ur TG.

Try to check the account status and ad policy first. If everything looks fine, it's probably worth contacting Snapchat support before changing the whole campaign.

I’d check the campaign and account status first. If there’s no clear delivery issue, support is probably the best route instead of changing everything at once.

Most likely Snap's policy flagged your adult creative. You'd dial down anything suggestive, clean up your landing page, and appeal if it's a false ban. Also try widening your audience or switching to auto-bid if your audience is too small.

If you've been flagged by Snapchat for adult content, you should hire a specialized agency to use their whitelist account for a complete service.
