Snapchat account doesn't exist anymore. Am I banned?

Hi guys, one of my personal snapchat account is acting like it doesn't exist.
I can't search it, log in or anything.
I know the username and password, when I try to log in, it says username / email address is not valid.
I tried log in earlier using modded rooted emulator with a modded snapchat apk.
I am thinking snapchat detected that and deleted my account.
It sort of sucks.
Is there anything I can do?
Tried contacting snapchat with not much help, they copy paste basic guidelines thats all.

sorry but nothing you can do but make more accounts (i use bluestacks + vpn 1 ip per acct w/o issue to make dozens)
i lost an account with 15k views recently

there's some trick i've seen people use
like occasioanlly post "screenshot & add my back-up account" w/ your snapcode

you're definitely banned mate. I guess Snapchat doesn't sends warnings or that kind of stuff before banning accts

They actually are sending warnings.
