SMTPmart - Legit? Anyone had experience with?

Hello,

Looking at a SMTP service provider that allows bulk emailing, currently looking at 25 - 30 domains, each having 10 - 15 email addresses and sending between 30 - 50 emails a day - service provider to manage this is currently Instantly.ai.

The issue im looking to resolve is SMTP service provider - Im looking at SMTPmart but wanted to know peoples opinions/reviews etc ?

Some of these services resell from major SMTP providers (SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES) but add their own restrictions. If their IPs aren’t warmed up properly, you’ll end up with deliverability issues fast. If you’re running 25-30 domains, you might want to test a mix of SMTP sources instead of relying on one.
 
Interesting so is there a recommended guide to use or setting these sorts of services up its just i would love a white glove service / hands off approach but if its fairly straight forward to do then i will work on creating our own using those services?

Also keen to know if anyone has had an experience with SMTPmart

For bulk emailing, you might want to check out SMTP2Go, Mailgun, or Postmark—some people find them more reliable than SMTPmart. Deliverability and IP reputation are key, so make sure your provider has good reviews on that.
 
But i didn't think postmark was able to do this sort of service?
As currently we are integrated with them but under the impression its very much transactional emailing.

I will do some more research on this.
 
To follow up on this we us Instantly.AI to deal with the content flow / manage the campaigns.

SMTP2Go - dont allow this.
Postmark - Does allow this and exploring this in more detail

I want to follow up on my earlier and state clearly that I believe SMTPmart, the phone number +91 78400 44477, and Panache Softech are involved in scam or con activities. I have multiple screenshots and other evidence to back up these claims.

If anyone else has had a similar experience or has been approached by these entities, please feel free to share your story. I hope this information helps prevent further people from falling victim.

For bulk emailing at your scale (25-30 domains, 10-15 emails per domain, 30-50 emails per account per day), you’ll need a reliable SMTP provider that allows cold outreach while maintaining high deliverability.
 
If you are using instantly, you can scale your accounts if you raise the send rate above the reccomended limits, curious as to why you are not going with that if you are already using instantly.
 
I’ve worked with a few SMTP providers for multi-domain setups like yours — 25+ domains with low daily volume per address can still raise flags if the IP reputation isn't clean.

SMTPMart has decent delivery, but make sure you warm up your domains and rotate sending IPs smartly. Also check their bounce management and spam trap handling — that’s where some providers fall short.

You could also look into Mailazy or TurboSMTP as alternatives depending on your use case. Curious to hear if anyone here has had long-term stability with SMTPMart under similar loads?

SMTPmart is reliable, but iDealSMTP is more trusted and faster. iDealSMTP offers better deliverability and customer support, which are crucial for bulk email marketing success.
 
SMTPmart has mixed to negative reviews.
It has low trust and limited reputation. Safer alternatives: **SMTP2Go**, **Mailgun**, or **Amazon SES**.
