Use Mailgun,SendGrid they have the best reputation and inbox rates when the setup have correctly

better you can try SendGrid it will send directly to the inbox when avoid unnecessary spammy links

I suggest you to use amazon ses or you can build your own server and make wamrup

SMTP is not a tool, it's a server that send emails, the tool is just a software that use the SMTP server to send emails

where i can find these smtp or can i create a smtp for sending emails in bulk ?
If you're sending bulk unverified email list, you can use cPanel or Japan SMTPs or create your own SMTP server and warm it up for sending.
If you're sending to verified leads, then you can use AWS, SendGrid, MailGun, etc because they are very sensitive to bouncebacks.
To get AWS, visit aws.amazon.com/ses/ for SendGrid visit sendgrid.com for MailGun visit mailgun.com or just search google.

Hello, could you please advise where to find Japanese SMTP servers and their prices? I was unable to create an AWS account from the sandbox; they requested payment and activity history. I am also interested in how difficult it is to create my own SMTP server, but I would prefer to purchase one that is ready to use. I haven't tried SendGrid yet. How much do they allow sending messages with credits?

There is no magic 'SMTP tool' that guarantees high inboxing. The software just routes the mail. Your inbox rate depends almost entirely on your infrastructure (clean IPs, bulletproof SPF/DKIM/DMARC), strict list hygiene, and how well you warm up the domains. If you're doing cold outreach, the current meta is using Smartlead or Instantly with multiple Google Workspace accounts. For heavy bulk, you need a custom PowerMTA setup.

For high inboxing, it's totally more about your sender reputation and email list quality than just the smtp tool itself, like, seriously. Focus on those (clean email list), and you'll see way better results

Does anyone know—or has anyone tested this—whether it’s possible to send all emails at once via an SMTP server (say, 7,000 of them) or to spread them out over a day, sending them at intervals? Does this affect whether they end up in the spam folder or the inbox?

If your server is warmed up you can send a large number of emails per minute, but if you have a new server, you may be blocked for sending it quickly.
