SMTP Setup with testing

Hi,
I am looking for an SMTP server to be set up where i can mail my email list daily. My current list is around 17,000. Im also looking for someone to set this up and make sure i am able to inbox sites like Yahoo, Gmail and ideally Hotmail with the right copy email.

First suggestion to obtain favorable results across the major ISPs is using a hygienic, fresh and valid email list, then make sure that email authentications are configured with other necessary things, and above all use clean IPs and first build reputation of your IPs then increase the email volumes.

i don't think just one smtp u build can send all of them

u can use smtp cracker to get more smtp to send them
