The best way is setup own servers, but you need to find providers with 25 th open port. Also you need warm up smtp server with google mail accounts.

You guys can try amazon SES !! Its pretty cheap if you know to code or you would need to spend a little and get "sendy" script

Welcome , sending through amazon will have land up in inbox but from an SMTP relay would most probably be marked as spam but there's a pricing for amazon SES .

I have tried Amazon SES -- they can block your account very fast even without any reason

Have you checked free trial? and if yes what do you think, why they blocked you?

I have used paid service without trial, and there were 2-3% bad emails in database, so Amazon blocked me in 2-3 weeks after I have sent about 2000emails
