Hi Guys,
Can pls provide me some SMTP server to use to send mass emails? more than 1milion per month?

Sendy? is from amazon right?
it look likes plataform to send emails and not like smtp server i can configure in proprily software!
anybody has working with that?

Sendy will get you banned instantly from amazon if you are not sending 100% legit mails

This should be done by a high end capable mail server.
PowerMTA is the best solution for this.
Let me know if you need a solution for high end mailing with PMTA.

Hi all ...I have recently tested Interspire Email Marketer with different mail servers like Exim , Smartermail , postfix , Atmail,Axigen,Exim ,FirstClass,HMailServer,IceWarp Mail Server,Ipswitch IMail Server,MagicMail,MailEnable,MDaemon Email Server for Windows,Port25, PostMaster,qmail,Sendmail, XMail, Zimbra,ZMailer and found that in more then 80 % mails are originated from IEM are going to spam , even if your ips have good reputation....and if you do not modify your email header.

While Power MTA is still leading the sending speed with multiple IPs ..... i have used 900 Ip simultaneously with a single Powermta installation and its grate .....At the same time PMTA works with multi-domain configuration with multiple smtp users ....this is also a grate feature.....

1 mil emails per month is not much at all and can be done from a bulletproof vps which costs up to $50 per month.

However some people send 1 mil emails per day, now that's quite a few. For that you need interspire, powermta and lots of ip's.

1 millions is very low, use exim or postfix

with postfix you can send 700k/per day without much tuning

Are you joking ?
Are you saying that postfix is better than pmta ?

Postfix is good, I'm setting a server up with it at the moment (just needs some customisations). I think pmta is better but meant for much bigger scale.

Agree with you.
Postfix is okey for very low volumes.
But if we are talking about anything over 500k/day,postfix is useless and very very dangerous.

did i said that's ? i said 1Mil/month is low and 700k/day is easy to reach with postfix

pmta can do better of course

It is not about just sending the email.
Postfix can not manage high queue load.It doesnt have any reputation managemant.No bounce or fbl processing.

It simply a free software for starters.No serious email marketer would use it if they know what they are missing.
