Hey guys, so i was using mailchimp to send personal emails but they found out and closed my account lol.

So im wondering what good smtp services are out there specifically for personal email for custom domains.

thanks

I can provide you one for your custom domain. PM or skype to discuss more.

If you decide to go that route, don't assume you need something specific. You can set up SMTP on any server - fairly simple. A LAMP setup is really all you need.

Amazon ses
Sendgrid (best delivery but also strict)
Sparkpost
smtp.com
& a lot more but 1 of those will do for you.

prices start from $0.10 for 1000 emails (amazon ses) up to $0.5-$1/emails.

Good luck

P.S all the above allow to use your own domain,in fact they force you to use your own domain

I think smtp.com is much better than Sendgrid but it's also more expensive.
If you guys ever use TEAR email software they just released their SMTP (tearsmtp.com) think it's still on a sale too.
You own tear and tearsmtp right ?
Because your input is not so helpful.A quick check at tearsmtp shows me 147$ month to send 100k emails. That's more expensive than amazon ses and delivery is probably shit compared to ses.
Oh and before you tell me,you haven't tried our services let me tell you that I've tried almost all the ESP's and setups like your offer.

Nothing beats top companies such as ses & sendgrid at delivery.

Mailwizz is a killer software to use with ses or sengrid, probably the best commercially available.

Mailwizz one time fee 40$
Amazon ses 1$ to send 10,000 emails
DigitalOcean droplet for MailWizz 5$

1 time cost 40$,then $6/month to send 10,000 emails or $16 for 100,000 emails.

Now tell me a service that beats this, that offers the same both as software & deliverability .

I doubt if there is any....

Amazon SES is the cheapest option. At least for me. It's a bit tricky to setup if you're the non technical type but there's a lot of tutorials. When I set mine up I had to apply to get out of the sandbox.

Interesting. I'm looking for personal emails smtp if that makes sense.

Signing up for the options above, but I would love to know if someone knows any other service :)

Last month I started using mxroute.com. It's run by some people over at LEB and they seem to have a good reputation there. Service has been good so far

The dashboard is cPanel. The packages are sold on the basis storage capacity and you can allot that storage anyway you want. I bought it because I like that there are no restrictions on the number of domains you can add. I also didn't want the hassle of running a mail server on top of all my other servers.

I stayed with mailchimp/mandrill eventhough I was banned before :D

Seems the best solution so far.
