Lol. Not by randomly making an account here and firing off a thread with your handout. Port 25 enabled proxies are not easily found, and as such no one is going to just hand you some big list of them.
I don't have an direct answer to your question but don't imagine that you will find 1000 free smtp servers and you will use them to blast 1 mil emails/day and have a great inbox rate... This will not happen. A free smtp will have it's limitation email/hour emails/day or something like that, secondly some may have the IP's blacklisted.. So if this was what you thing of doing with those smtp then try another method...
just get a cheap vps and install postfix, you need to warmup your server before you send promotional emails.
