Hi! I've already saw that this problem is been on this forum.
That's about SMTHEMES wordpress theme, and it's footer
When I try to change it, it's written that it's protected by Creative Commons License and there appears red window at the bottom

I know that wickedguy knows how to resolve this problem :)
    Please help!

    THANKS!

Check functions.php. There's probably some conditional statement in there that if you remove it it breaks the theme.

You can also open up Dreamweaver and do ctrl+f, and select your theme folder.
Then, search for any match to "Creative Commons License", and it will find all instances of that text within all of the theme's files. That will likely bring you to the code snippet that breaks your footer if you remove it.

    Hope this helps!

Thank you a lot, but unfortunately I didn't found anything that will remove footer text. I mean any code or something like this.

    Thank you anyway!

    Maybe anybody knows how?
