Anyone know of a service like this http://www.callfire.com where you can send SMS + Voice broadcast worldwide? This one doesnt seem to work very well and you cant send SMS outside the U.S?

Yes you can setup your own broadcasting service and can offer your clients to voice broadcasting, sms broadcasting and fax broadcasting services.
