You can check SMS.pva, or text verified. However, check if they have the options you are looking for, or ask there staff which numbers are good for what you are doing.

Most VoIP numbers work only for limited services or stop working after some time.
Real SIM cards connected through GSM modems tend to work across multiple services like Google, Amazon, Facebook, Telegram, etc.
I've been running my own infrastructure with real Mexico carrier SIMs and they behave like normal mobile numbers.
Currently expanding by adding SIM capacity from other countries as well.
