SMS verification

been using real sims when i can get em, makes a difference esp with proxies. smspools decent but sometimes reddit catches on quick if the number bounces around too much. just make sure u dont add the same number to multiple accounts lol, that gets flagged hard

If you don't want to keep buying physical SIMs, the middle ground is non-VoIP rental numbers rather than one-time activations. Cheap disposable numbers get recycled across hundreds of users, so if someone before you burned it on the same platform you're flagged instantly. With a rental, the number is yours for weeks or months, so you can re-receive codes when the platform asks you to re-verify.
 
For SMS use FetchSMS, SMS-MAN, smsbower, all good. Depends on what countries you need and services. They vary.
 
theres no single safest, depends what youre adding it to. throwaway panels are fine for junk accounts but anything you want to keep needs a real number, the recycled ones come back to bite you when the next guy re-registers
