is their a way for my bot to access my phone sms to get a verification code ? if its their a third party program taht can access your phone and read ur messages and u can acces them with api it would be perfect ty

What bot? There are SMS provider services that have API integration, you could probably try those but probably not your phone though.

You can do it with some python knowledge and networking if you use android .
Library and app name is :
app - airmore
python - pyairmore
