I have been looking for it for a long time. Many numbers show that they cannot be registered, and some will be blocked. Currently, all virtual numbers on the market are American or Canadian virtual numbers, which are not very suitable for registering some Google-related products. I suggest you buy them. Already registered Gmail

I agree with the suggestions above, but a few tips.
1. use twilio to check if its a VOIP line
https://www.twilio.com/docs/serverless/functions-assets/quickstart/lookup-carrier-and-caller-info2. if you get the message "this phone number cannot be used for verification" its not always the phone number that is an issue. Sometimes google detects your browser fingerprint, VPN, device, IP, or something else which prevents registration. Changing these but using the same SIM/number actually solves the problem

I tried mostly sms-pva for Gmail. It worked sometimes, but for most number I get the error with "Cannot use this number..."

Hmm...interesting tought. As a current setup I try Dolphin with oxylabs VPN. Three FB accounts that I managed to the through PVA got blocked
). So it may be an issue with something.....maybe VPN.
