you just need to use your phone number to verify on ads manager in overview, some can be used multiple times
 
sms-man.com - so far best I have found, a little bit expensive for some of the services but better than renting a phone number

Smspool.net is solid, many different GEOs available for a lot of platforms. Pricing isn’t the cheapest out there but they offer physical simcards which makes a huge difference from other just selling VoIPs.
 
I've been using 5sim and sms-activate, affordable and decent for FB verifications. Just make sure you're not triggering flags with too many verifs too fast.

I thought that could be verified on Fb easily.
 
For the cheapest verification, use sites like Grizzly SMS.

For the most reliable verification (less likely to be blocked), use Textverified.

Warning: Using a temp number is risky and you could lose your account.

depends on where you live. Or you can just add your phone number. It doesn't have any bad affect

I think it's best to use your personal phone number to verify yourself.
