No thanks on your services, I have already unlimited texting software that includes this opt-in feature. I can send mass texts for a lifetime, and I only had to pay one price. But thanks anyways.

How does the Simm Card method work? Can you explain that to us a bit?

In the US all our cell phones are proprietary to the cell phone service provider - even global cell phones if there are any.

Ya, I checked out Mobile Monopoly, but it didn't catch my full attention. There are so many other big money making opportunities on BH, that I kind of see this one as a waste of time for me. What are your thoughts on this?

SMS Marketing can be an extremely effective tool when used correctly. If you are going to spam your clients than you will see your distribution list dwindle very quickly.

I have a list of sms and have tested sending text via email. I have seen pretty decent results with this test conversion rates of about 7%. However, I need to scale this and I am looking for a viable way to send out bulk sms messages. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Im still looking for software than can interface with a throw away cdma phone and allow you to send texts 24/7 also if this could somehow spoof the send phone number it would be great.

If mass texting can be outsourced through a reliable company I would try it for affiliate sales. Maybe get them to opt in to legit list then send them the offers. Just look at google trends and make up polls.

About half a year ago I sent out 10000 SMS using my private phone to people in the Netherlands. I bought the numbers (made sure they were all numbers from Rotterdam, so it's easier for me to track how things went), and spent two days building an application (for my smartphone) that reads numbers of a text file and automatically sends them to people.

It costed me 100 euroes (~140 dollars) to send out those 10000 sms. It costed me an additional 300 euroes for the numbers (from a "friend" ), so my total investment in money was 440 euroes. I also had to spent 2 days programming, and about a day total sending the sms.

So, 3 days of work and 440 euroes invested. The sms was a short one, aimed to drive people to my site. From there, they were redirected to a CPA offer that is helpful in current economic crisis. (Dutch people are greedy. Most of them atleast.)..

Anyway, results were amazing. Out of the 10000 people I targeted, about 3300 (let's say 30%) went to the site, and more than a thousand people filled in the cpa offer, which was a cpa offer for free financial advice. Each offer netted me 4,5 euroes, so I ended up earning loads.


I found out its not allowed by law to do this however. So I'll just buy a second hand phone to continue doing this with and then dump the phone somewhere in a lake probably.

I'll make an update on this forum in this topic about how it went with Amsterdam. With Rotterdam I ended up with ~4k profits in less than a week.

i have seen a lot of people on this post saying that they arent making any money or that sms is a waste...yada yada. I have been texting for almost ten months now...you know how many have been profitable two going on three. Like in everything people want to make the quick buck and not put the work in to make it happen. I had some months where i got shut down 5 and 6 times, not fun at all, but you learn. Now i have some know how and an idea of what campaigns/who to go after. we send out 20-30 million messages a month. I know, it seems like a lot and you are asking yourself "how do you have enough data that meets MMA guidelines? bottomline is that there are ways to send blackhat method that are safe, cheap and profitable. Hand to god, i make minimum $500 a day. Some of the whitehat folks would say guys like me are ruining it for all the companies that are doing it the so called right way. Is it right, that if you pay for a short code that every $100 you make from a sale to a customer, tmobile takes $47 of it. Or that you have to pay close to $6k just to get started. If you have any questions i will be happy to help, but do some research.

also, i am in the hunt for an SMS tracking software that works with blacklabel sending.

So what is up? Who has a software that is working? All I want to do is promote to my own small list. Actually, I want to offer this service to my clients and only promote to their small list. I need to be able to have the sms sent from any number I like.

Is this possible? Anyone try any of the services offered in this thread? Again, I don't want to blast to billions of people, just my own lists.

therre are two that i use now...both are the best i have used for black hat method. smscaster.com and frontlinesms.

you can grab smscaster as a demo at theiir site, but frontline i am not sure...
