SMS (Text Message) Marketing

SMS can be hard... because when you text ...some people they get charged... so it pisses them off if you are just spamming...

and atleast here in the states.... because of that... the laws are stricter...

lets just say im making $100 a day text spamming
im not telling who with but I am so find a niche and do it
test it tho

Very interesting topic.
I've intended to learn but still too newbie.
If this helps search for logiccodesoft, I believe
they have few answers there.
Of course I am not affiliate or have any interests there, just
trying to help.

I have tried sms marketing for my website and product but didnt get much success from it. SO Now i would prefer to stay away from it

i also think sms marketing is to expensive for these results ...

Mobileman, I am very interested to know more.. I can't PM you due to my post limit.. This is actually my first post! lol

Can you pm me your email and info?

Thanks!

i have always wanted to get into this sort of marketing but would have no idea where to start. I suppose i started by reading this thread. Anyway a lot more research is needed.

I am also interested in this thread and subscribe to this thread.

I don't think that people should be so quick to put down mobile marketing. If all steps are performed correctly, it will work. Much patience is needed. People just don't have all the correct tools to pull something like this off.

I can Not PM anyone but would really like to use this software I have a list of cell numbers I need to send out a promotion for an event. They will know who I am.

Thanks please send me a message

I buy and sell pre-qualified premium sms leads and I can split them out into different carriers. Anyone in the game knows that verizon are the best leads you can get, due to the inability of their customers to refund.

If you want to get into the sms game, then read up on premium sms. Standard sms is the poor end of town. You traditional email marketers have alot to learn.

SMS spam is blatantly against the TOS of cell phone carriers and was made illegal about 7 years ago. It's also in most cases a waste of time and a brilliant way to destroy your brand name if you have one.

i honestly think for the most part it is illegal depending on where you are, but if you get them to opt their number in, then it would be legal... something to look into

What makes a lead "premium"? I know the premium sms billing model, but in terms of the difference between 'standard' and 'premium' are you saying that you have the gateways send txts for you synonymous to the ESP in email marketing?

How much do leads that you buy typically go for?

Anyone interested in SMS spam may want to have a look at "U.S. CONSUMER BEST PRACTICES GUIDELINES for Cross-Carrier Mobile Content Programs". Its guidelines that major cellphone carriers drew up. If you do a google for it there is a pdf. I tried to upload the copy I have but it failed.

SMS (Text Message) Marketing works, I am building lists with this new tool on auto pilot, and I also have lots of local businesses. If you are not afraid of going out there and talking to business owners you can make a killing. pm for more information i have attached a report showing how to use SMS (Text Message) Marketing its called "The Death of Email Marketing" it breaks down how and why you need to use this new technology. good luck

Hi Whisker,

These are pre-sold premium sms quiz subscriptions. They get sent a pin number to enter, etc. Price always depends on carrier. Verizon is by far the most expensive!
