SMS spam, Poll influence, need solutions

Hey,
I need the following services, contact me if you can provide::

1. In my local market I need to send A LOT of sms messages (automatically). I guess I would used multiple SIM cards or whatever. How to achieve that?
2. I need to influence some fashion poll's in my market. They function in a way that you enter a website and reply to a poll. They remember you by your cookie so in order to vote again it has to be a fresh cookie. Are there any solution that can help with this (i need thousands of votes)?

1. SMS sending service which provide various GEOs to send. To proceed it automatically set up SMPP or API connection bwtween your platform and SMS sending platform, guess simple

A sms sending platform is enough ~

Hey,i can help u ,but how can work with u?
 
For the poll voting, you’ll need a bot setup with rotating residential proxies + cookie clearing. Something like Puppeteer or Selenium can be used to simulate real browser behavior and refresh cookies per session. Works well if done right
