I'm looking for a SMS service similar to textmagic.com, but one that accepts any type of text I send or recieve (textmagic doesn't, but it has an API !).
I want to promote some CPA offers, and my niche is dating. I need a SMS service, that doesn't block me for this type of traffic, in other words, a US phone number, from where I can send and recieve text, but also has an API.

If somebody knows such type of service, I would be interested to know more about it.

This is pretty interesting. Is text message marketing just like email, I'm assuming they have to opt-in right? Where do you have them opt-in at? A webpage?

They don't "have to" opt in. But it is recommended to stay compliant with the laws in your country.

you can use phone.com for non-strict sites (only need VOIP numbers) or you will need real phone numbers for strict sites.
