sms/pin confirm offers

Do these offers converts ? I see there is huge number of sms/pin confirm offers for various countries and they pay good aswell, but I'm wondering, do people complete these offers, how would you rate 1 to 10 for these 3 types of offers.

I would actually go for email submit offers, but the problem is usually they are only for US/UK, most of the other countries have sms/pin offers.

So, what you guys have experiance, pls only comment if you have tried and have experiance them.

They work well, but focus on gathering the mobile lead so that you can continue to market to them in the same niche.
