I'm looking for a SMS Payment provider that supports dynamic pricing.

I have came across fortumo, but there is only fixed payment options, no dynamic payment options.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

www.globalebill.com maybe able to help you out , ive used them for some some SMS products before.
