SMS Marketing

Hi everyone,
My main business is real estate wholesaling and my main marketing technique is SMS. I am running into a problem where my response rate has fallen from 35-40% to 10%. I am almost sure that I am getting filtered for spam. Has anyone ever dealt with this and overcame it? I would appreciate suggestions. Thanks

Maybe try Messenger marketing as an alternative instead?

That way they get messages on Facebook Messenger instead of as an SMS which is less intrusive and has a really, really high open rate (think: 100%)

I think a tool like ManyChat for setting up your own chatbot is what you're looking for.

Have you tried the Opt-in and Opt out filtering option? Maybe that can throw some light on why the response rate is tanking.

what platform are you using. a great one is batchleadstack. i o great response rates. is your data correct owners. there is alot of cheap data providers. i believe best are tlo and delvepoint
