SMS Marketing/Sign ups

I was curious on if any marketing platform offers this:

Text X to XXXXX

Remember those old TV ads that said "download ringtons" or such, just text 12345 and you'll be subscribed. From there, they charge you $10 or so a month...

Anyways, I was curious if any legit and reliable marketing agency offers this today, with good revenue share.

I don't know for marketing agencies, but i know that some BULK SMS companies does offer this service. It's something like a mobile payments.

For e.g you want to make weather service for clients and when they text weather on 3345, they will be charged 2 eur.

Am i follow you right?
