SMS marketing automation with sim card

So I have 150 sim card with modems all setup for my own proxy service, which is already setup and working flawlessly . I want to use them also for sms marketing (sending text sms) . But I still dont know which program or tool to use for it . If anyone knows and wanna help ( For a price) , it will be awesome . Thanks BHW and all the people in here . Please reply here if anyone knows .

If you use 4G dongles, they should support sending SMS already.
You just need to figure out the API and create a program for that.

YDo you already have the database to which you will send the SMS? If so you can use software like sms caster

You can join any major service that sells SMS with api.

Check to partnership page of smspva, 5sim, smsub, etc.

Hello, all of these that you mentioned are paid platforms to consume an already built API. I really want to build an SMS sending API from scratch, and I don't know where to start, as I can't find any material to build it or even an explanation video
