SMS Lists in Canada

I'm trying to target cell users in Canada and need some help. I don't have a list. Ideally i'm looking to target by carrier and blast out the messages.

Canada used to have killer conversion rates but every spammer that cant hit the usa hits canada and i swear every canadian how now seen 10 txt spam in the past month alone so its harder and harder to convert on any offers.
