SMS gateway for spam?

Can anyone recommend a 'tolerant' SMS gateway for sending spam SMS?

I've tried a few, and the accounts get burned pretty quickly. Seems they are keen on keeping spam to a minimum...

Delivery rates and pricing reasonable? Their website is very... thin.

I wonder if you're legit...

Supposedly a 4 year old account, with just a few posts, but actively posting in this thread... and, when one searches skype, there are two very similar names - one has a period and one has an underscore... let's see how this goes.
