i have a list of couple of hundred numbers in the uk, is there a way of sending sms to them in bulk like how you get the PPI ones

so i can say the name of the business with the other

There are lots of SMS Marketing services and systems out there and you could easily find a cheap one with a low starting package.

If you search for 'sms marketing services', 'sms marketing' or something similar you will see loads of results.
